Position Overview:
We are seeking an aggressive, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Technical Sales representative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technical issues. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on potential sales, and supporting our distributors. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer and supplier inquiries
Prepare and submit accurate quotations
Follow up on quotations and solicit new business
Enter and process orders
Place material orders with suppliers
Prepare work orders for production
Ensure timely deliveries by following up on material orders
Determine optimal shipping methods (ground, air, ocean freight)
Build relationships with distributors and locate new partners
Provide training to distributors on our product lines
Visit customers and distributors as needed

Qualifications:

College degree required (Technical or Engineering degree preferred)
Industrial sales experience is a plus (we will train the right candidate)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Knowledge of accounting, manufacturing, and inventory software is a bonus
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
