Description: The rolewill play a key role in managing employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment, and supporting the company’s culture-building initiatives. Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, progressive discipline, and employee grievances.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, including culture-building strategies and recognition programs.
Create recognition programs that align with the organization's core pillars, promoting employee commitment, culture, and team cohesion.
Collaborate with management to design and support employee culture initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
Provide guidance and support in employee disciplinary matters, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Assist with investigations related to employee behavior, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes.
Regularly visit company locations to provide on-site support to employees and management.
Stay updated on labor laws and ensure all policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on employee relations.
Strong knowledge and experience in handling progressive discipline, engagement strategies, and recognition programs.
Proven ability to create culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational alignment and employee morale.
Solid understanding of labor laws and employee rights.
Leadership qualities with the initiative to drive HR strategies and projects.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to different locations as required.
