House Supervisor (Night Shift)
36 hrs/wk, 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM, 3 days/wk

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate House Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts. As the administrative representative, you will address issues with patients, families, employees, and providers while ensuring smooth hospital operations.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate House Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts. As the administrative representative, you will address issues with patients, families, employees, and providers while ensuring smooth hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the administrative representative for resolving patient, family, employee, and provider concerns.
- Support direct care needs and adjust staffing to meet patient care requirements.
- Oversee shift operations, ensuring standards are met, including:
- Responding to emergency codes
- Managing patient flow, placement, and/or transfers
- Acting as a clinical resource for evidence-based practice, hospital policies, and procedures
- Current Nebraska RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
