House Manager -

S&H Youth And Adult Services in Salisbury, NC is hiring 1 female House Manager to join our strong team. This is a salaried position includes

*Healthcare stipend *Paid time off *Salary that ranges between $31,500 - $37,000. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working person who self-identifies as being in recovery.

Responsibilities
S&H Youth and Adult Services Residential Recovery Supports House Manager (Residential Counselors) is responsible for:

*Providing residential supports to sud recovery participants. *Facilitating recovery skills group counseling and education sessions to assist clients in meeting therapeutic goals *Conducting individual counseling to provide crises intervention, support & guidance, and address client behaviors and personal problems in the residential facility. *Accompany participants to self-help groups in the community. *Documenting participants' progress and responses to services. *Coordinating Facility Staff Schedule *Creating weekly meal plans and Grocery Shopping *Enforcing house rules *Assisting with treatment planning *Administering breathalyzer and UA tests as necessary Job Requirements:

*NC Peer Support Certification required *Two years of personal recovery or more required *Related work experience with a program-specific population (adult) in a residential treatment setting required To apply, please complete an online application and upload your resume & certification or email your resume and certification to HR@SHYAS.COM.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
