Job Title: Front Desk Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a committed Front Desk Manager to join our team, lead the Front Desk Operation and Team and ensure we provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our guests. The Front Desk Manager plays a crucial role in creating a positive experience for visitors and ensuring smooth operations happen during all shifts at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Front Desk-to include helping to hire, train and hold accountable the Front Desk Team for results.
- Assist with End Of Month Reporting
-Ensure Staffing and Schedules for the Front Desk are prepared promptly and accurately to ensure proper coverage for all Front Desk Shifts.
- Maintain our Guest Market Operation and assist with ensuring our Breakfast Operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
- Manage phone calls with proper etiquette and redirect as necessary
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts with attention to detail
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Be able to perform Night Audit Duties if required and fill in for open shifts as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar customer service role
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and proficiency in phone systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures or willingness to learn is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
