Are you a hands-on leader who loves creating amazing guest experiences? Do you get a kick out of leading front-of-house food & beverage teams? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as the Director of Food & Beverage Operations at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe.

We’re a 188-room, LEED® Certified hotel, right in the heart of Santa Fe, just a short stroll from the Plaza. Our historic hotel features unique touches like private terraces, premium suites, and 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space. Plus, our guests rave about our casual restaurant and rooftop bar—the sunsets are unbeatable!

What You'll Do:

Lead the Team: Bring your leadership skills to the table, inspiring our food & beverage crew and keeping the vibe positive and collaborative.
Oversee Operations: Keep all things food & beverage running smoothly, making sure everything aligns with our standards and menus.
Wow Our Guests: Foster a culture where top-notch guest service is the norm, ensuring every diner leaves with a smile.
Grow the Team: Handle recruitment, training, and performance reviews, while keeping the team engaged and motivated.
Manage the Numbers: Keep an eye on the financials, ensuring we hit our goals without compromising on quality or service.

What You'll Need:

A genuine passion for making guests happy.
A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or something similar (preferred, but not required).
At least three years of supervisory experience with a track record of leading successful teams.
Bonus points if you’ve got Food & Beverage Manager/Director experience.
