Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations for a portfolio of HOA community
associations with a team and respective HOA boards.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to address any concerns or complaints in a
timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real
estate or property management is a plus.
- Prefer experience as a HOA Property Manager.
- Knowledge of HOA property management principles and practices a plus.
- Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with property management software a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
with HOA Boards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Requires a flexible evening schedule to accommodate board meetings. Flexibility in
regular day schedule to compensate for meeting attendance time.
- Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
