Positions we Hire For:

Caregivers/Resident Assistants: Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and medication management.
Nurses: Deliver high-quality medical care, manage care plans, and ensure residents' health and safety.
Life Enrichment Coordinators: Plan and lead engaging activities to enhance residents’ quality of life, fostering a sense of community and fun.
Housekeeping/Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Culinary: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring an excellent dining experience for our residents.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our communities.
Leadership Positions: Executive Directors, Directors of Wellness, Directors of Life Enrichment, Sales Directors, and Directors of Culinary.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in senior care or a related field is advantageous but not required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualities: Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, care, and service.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN availability.
