Charette is a small, pioneering HS located in Downtown Providence. We take pride in our strong and caring school culture, high standards and expectations, and 10:1 student-teacher ratio. This is an exciting time to join the Charette team as we have adopted the Open Sci Ed Curriculum and a Canvas platform. This curriculum "revolves around figuring out an intriguing phenomenon.
Students are motivated to figure out what's in front of them, and teachers guide the process to deep science learning." All of our teachers have the opportunity to mentor a small group of students, providing support in their efforts to earn a high school diploma and plan for college and career. At Charette, we build community, believe in the power of we, and support each other to reach the best possible outcomes.Charette is a relatively new charter school that is shaping the future of education with a strong collaborative team. We are currently seeking a dynamic teacher to join us. All teachers are viewed as teacher leaders.
