High End Residential Superintendent
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a knowledgeable, qualified, and motivated individual who is experienced and capable of handing multiple construction projects in the million dollar plus range. As a superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
This is a full-time Monday-Friday position with 40 hour work weeks. Salary is between 80-100k with bonuses based on performance. We offer vacation, sick days, IRA matching, and health insurance.
We are looking for someone who is interested in joining a family atmosphere company and is looking for long-term employment.
*Duties*
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, not limited to scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality control measures.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on the construction site.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes in project scope.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop contracts and manage contractual obligations effectively.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills for team collaboration.
- Familiarity with quality control standards in construction is a plus.
- A valid driver's license may be required for site visits.
