Job Description We are looking for IT Help Desk Technical Support to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties Assists users in maximizing computing systems.
Experience in call centers, ticketing systems remote access, with experience in TCP/IP configuration and administration
Experience in troubleshooting and configuring computer platforms, Windows 7/11, Office 365 software applications based on networked
Experience in install, upgrade & administer desktops, security updates, and patches
Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; tests and implements solutions.
Experience with Active Directory

Maintain procedural documentation/follow-up for repairs on hardware issues.
Requirements
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
Excellent communication ability
In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Certification as IT Technician is a Plus (e.g. Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT
