Heavy Equipment Operator
GMS is currently hiring Experienced Equipment Operators with experience operating heavy equipment in a surface mining setting. Candidates will need to have at least 3 years of experience running CAT/Komatsu equipment such as dozers, excavators, and/or loaders. These positions are located at a surface gold mine near Kershaw, SC.
Successful candidates will be required to work a 5/5/4 schedule, consisting of day and night shift, working 12-hour shifts. Per diem will be paid for a certain number of shifts to those that are not local to the area. GMS is currently considering both local candidates and candidates interested in traveling/moving to the area over time.
