As a Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Heavy Duty Parts business in the Madison, WI region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize your extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Heavy Duty Parts, preferably covering all makes, to provide comprehensive support to our customers.
Demonstrate the "Never Say No" Philosophy by efficiently gathering information to locate and identify any required Heavy Duty Truck parts.
Collaborate with our Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to identify sales opportunities and engage customers on our full range of Heavy Duty offerings.
Execute prompt and effective follow-up with customers to ensure accurate part selection and exceptional service.
Assist management in developing sales promotions to drive Heavy Duty sales growth.
Work closely with management to establish tailored Heavy Duty inventories for the stores you support, based on customer demand.
Conduct outbound sales calls on a daily basis, leveraging sales promotions to foster Heavy Duty sales leads.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Duty Parts, with a strong preference for comprehensive knowledge across all makes.
Proven ability to effectively source and identify Heavy Duty Truck parts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
