**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques
- Promote and sell Paul Mitchell products to clients
**Qualifications:**
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience in hairstyling and coloring
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passionate about the beauty industry and continuous learning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
