Gymnastics Coach
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. Having a background in gymnastics or sports is not a requirement. We are looking for people with the ability to educate and inspire children of all ages and skill levels. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for instructing, spotting, maintaining safety while fostering a positive environment for all participants.
Duties
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week

Duties
- Bounce Academy has designed all of its workouts for the entire school year. Our staff is required to become versed in our system of training and fun!
- At Bounce, our gymnastics training programs focus on fun, safety, skill development, physical fitness, and overall well-being.
- You will learn to provide instruction on various gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, floor excercise, bars, vaulting, trampoline, and Fun!.
- Instruct athletes through progressions and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety protocols.
- Manage behavior effectively within the gym environment to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Lead warm-up exercises, drills, and classes.
- Working well with other coaches and staff is a requirement.
- Promote teamwork, good work ethic, and respect among athletes.
- NO previous experience in gymnastics coaching is required.
- Good communication skills with management.
- Good communication skills to educate athletes effectively.
- A passion for working with children and young adults in a sports setting.
- Enthusiastic and inspiring demeanor.
- Ability to work well with a team and collaborate effectively.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
