D.P. Competitive Gymnastics Coach
Alpha Gymnastics in Woodinville Washington is looking for coaches who are passionate and excited about gymnastics and love developing talent and want to work with a world class team of coaches.
Currently we are looking for competitive Girls Team D.P. Level 2 and developmental coaches to help us with a growing program. Must enjoy developing the young gymnast and knowledge or experience with the TOPs program a plus. Must be willing to also coach recreational and developmental classes. Opportunities to advance are available as the program grows. Must be available to work evenings. Must be a USA-Gymnastics professional member in good standing and be able to pass a background check.
A good candidate is knowledgeable to coach all events with an emphasis on beam and floor techniques.
Team coaches must have experience in the USA-Gymnastics compulsory program or high-level competition experience. (2-4 years of experience a plus) Part time hours available.
Pay determined with experience. Health insurance available for those working 30 plus hours a week.

- Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnasts, focusing on skill progression and performance enhancement.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to athletes to improve their techniques and routines.
- Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular equipment checks.
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among gymnasts, promoting a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Monitor athletes' physical and mental well-being, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Attending all staff and professional development meetings.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
