The Guest Experience Supervisor is tasked with addressing and prioritizing guest needs, overseeing all gaming and attractions operations, and influencing a collaborative environment for all team members. Supervisors should also have a basic understating of facility operations and are expected to support across departments when necessary. This individual is also responsible for assisting with specific business functions including, but not limited to, training, ordering, inventory, and maintenance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch guest service and remaining attentive to guest needs.
Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience.
Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to process orders and payments.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report/remedy operational issues.
Serve as a manager-on-duty and supervise team members.
Support training and development by providing hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring.
Support with inventory, ordering, and stocking.
Conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 16 years of age.
Minimum of 6 months cash handling and customer service experience required.
Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
Excellent time management, communication, organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
