Our mission of proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers for ministry drives everything we do. So, no matter the position, everyone impacts and drives our mission forward. About the role:

As the Graphic Designer, you should, first and foremost, have the desire to create! The manner of how that creative spirit manifests itself isn’t nearly as important as the desire to tell stories through visual mediums. While it is not imperative that you have the skill set of both graphic design and video production, it is preferable that you have some experience in both and be eager to grow in both skill sets. On-the-job training and assistance is available.

As the full time Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility is to create high quality content that tells the story of God’s work at New Life Ranch through the medium graphic design. You will also help oversee the summer media teams and help train up and launch any seasonal graphic design staff.

About you:

You are proficient in either graphic design and are eager to continue to grow in this skill.
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
You understand various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, etc).
You strive for excellence in your craft not for the praise of people, but for the expansion of the Gospel.
You have strategic organizational skills that include attention to detail and project management.
You love to learn and collaborate.
You take initiative in your work, and set short and long term goals to track your progress.
