Graphic Designer

Quaver Ed is a rapidly growing and innovative education company founded in 2009. Headquartered in historic Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee our mission is to equip educators to engage today’s students in academic, social, and emotional learning. Quaver Ed seeks a Graphic Designer to aid in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of designs for print, web, and other educational media across our family of products. Primary duties will include creating or editing web graphics and educational print material.
Responsibilities:

Create and edit graphics for web resources, videos, animations, or print material
Follow branding guidelines and utilize resource libraries to build new interactive layouts outs in Adobe illustrator or Indesign
Design appealing logos, icons, UI elements, and text graphics that meet accessibility standards
Take direction from project leads, illustration manager, and art director
Collaborate with other art team members and educational specialists

Requirements:

1-3 years of professional experience
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator with Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar software
An attention to detail while executing design work with an educational purpose
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles
Ability to replicate multiple drawing styles

This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville.
