The Grants Compliance Specialist (GCS) will collaborate with Osage Nation Health System stakeholders to develop scheduled, on-time reporting ensuring adherence to regulations and expectations of each funding agency. The GCS will provide portal management to ensure proper access for reporting and programmatic purposes for all key staff members. The GCS will serve as a key member to the various teams within the office of Grants Management & Compliance.

Bachelors Degree required in business or related field
Three years of grants management experience required
Tribal Grants Compliance experience preferred
Requires mid-level skills in planning and developing grant budgets
Requires moderate knowledge of various grant web portals such as System for Award Management, and grants.gov
Familiarization with regulations for different funding sources preferred
Familiarization with OMB circulars and Public Law 638 (multi-year funding agreements with tribal governments) preferred.
Requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Requires a high level of personal integrity, ethics and interpersonal communication skills
Requires high level problem-solving skills
Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Project preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record - may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
Must maintain confidentiality at all times
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and alcohol/drug screening test
