Supervise 2-4 staff in the customer support team
Process badge applications for new and replacement id badges
Administer badge and building security access; maintain quarterly reports
Liaison between DHSS and OA FMDC badge office
Process department invoices
Order, Track, and pay invoices for BGS and Admin Supplies
Compute accounting splits on UPS billings
Back-up for overflow calls and receptionist duties
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
4-6 years of relevant experience
Microsoft Office knowledge
Exceptional customer service
Desire to work in team atmosphere
