Manage profit and loss and asset utilization utilizing advanced knowledge of financial analysis. Develop business plans based on the strategic goals set by business unit and leadership. Implement operating policies and procedures across multiple functional areas including customer service, finance, quality control, purchasing, and materials management. Grow the business profitability utilizing advanced financial acumen and sales management process and tools. Apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals by providing valuable business insights to senior management. Anticipate, recognize, facilitate and coordinate the resolution of cross-functional challenges that may impact organizational success. RESPONSIBILITIES Positions require a Master’s degree in Finance, Sales or Engineering Management, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Sales, Product, or Finance Specialist or Analyst, Business or Commercial Strategist or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales or Engineering Management, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Sales, Product, or Finance Specialist or Analyst, Business or Commercial Strategist or related position.
