Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase profits and efficiency.
Create and maintain budgets.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
