General Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hotel industry (although experience is not required only preferred).This role requires a hands-on approach to management, ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Supervise breakfast, front desk, and housekeeping management, including food production, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, including interviewing potential candidates.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage customer relations to enhance satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the industry (although not required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus but not required.
