Cross Road Health Ministries is currently seeking a full-time Genera Laborer to work in our Glennallen, Alaska clinic.
Job Overview: As a General Laborer at Cross Road Health Ministries, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical clinics and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with facility maintenance, equipment management, housing maintenance, snow removal, and providing general support to various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing clinic spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Housing Maintenance: Support housing maintenance tasks as required, including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of residential facilities for staff or patients.
Snow Removal: Perform snow removal duties for the complete facility, including shoveling walkways, driveways, and parking areas as needed during inclement weather.
Support Various Departments: Provide assistance to Maintenance, Housing, and Custodial staff as required
Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures of Cross Road Health Ministries, including safety protocols, confidentiality guidelines, and organizational standards.
Mission & Values Promotion: Understand and actively promote Cross Road Health Ministries' Mission & Values Statements, embodying the organization's commitment to compassionate healthcare and holistic healing.
