Job Title: Evening Nurse - RN
Location: Elmore Assisted Living - Elmore, MN
Schedule: Full-Time Evening Shift, Every Other Weekend, and Rotating On-Call
Pay: $35-$50/hour (Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour additional on weekends)

RN Overview:

Plan, provide, and monitor nursing care for our residents, including creating and updating individualized care plans to ensure their best interests are always prioritized.
Conduct clinical assessments of residents' health status, documenting findings accurately and comprehensively.
Monitor the status of chronic illnesses and oversee the administration of medications, ensuring residents receive the proper care and support they need.
Collaborate effectively with other departments, external providers, staff, and families to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
Keep residents' families and involved parties informed by reporting any changes in their health or care plans promptly and accurately.
Promote hospitality by delivering exceptional customer service to residents and their families, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
Respond promptly to any emergency needs of residents, taking decisive action and documenting follow-up procedures appropriately.

RN Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
Prior experience in nursing care, particularly in geriatric care settings, is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
