Looking to fill a full-time opening in a fast paced property management office. Individual desiring a long-term position, who is willing to learn, can multi-task, hardworking, and a team player. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks. Work includes collecting various housing applications. Maintaining tenant files per State standards, invoicing, payment collection, filing, writing letters and memos, answer phones, light bookkeeping. Maintaining and managing schedule for Airbnb units - this requires after hours on-call rotation. Wage is competitive and negotiable based on experience. Skills needed for the job include:

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
