Job Description:
Shine Social Brand is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a courteous and professional manner.

• Manage front desk activities, including mail distribution, package handling, and supply inventory.
  
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  
• Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy and organized.
