Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems
- Strong focus on customer service, guest relations, and guest services
- Willingness to work night audit shifts if required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
