We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to Provide the best guest experience possible! ```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with night audit duties as needed ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred - Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse guests - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
