Your Role: Before the Job:
Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready and loaded in the company vehicle.
On the Job:
Seal, label, and document all joints, penetrations, and openings.
Keep the jobsite organized and free of debris.
Clean equipment and store materials properly at the end of each day.
Assist field technicians with various tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Learn firestopping installation basics.
Participate in weekly safety meetings.
Maintain company vehicles in clean and working order.
What We're Looking For:
Practical knowledge of hand tools and construction sites.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong awareness of safety issues and solutions.
Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse teams.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Physical Requirements:
Lift 50+ lbs. regularly.
Comfortably climb ladders and work at heights of 10+ feet.
Locations: Work in healthcare facilities and new construction sites throughout New England. This role requires at least 50% travel. Our offices are located in Saco, ME, Lakeland, FL, and Raleigh, NC. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $20.50-$26 per hour (DOE) with potential to increase Benefits:
