Solar Installer Apprentice
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Solar Installer Apprentice to join our team. This entry level position offers hands-on training and experience in the solar installation field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a desire to learn the skills necessary to install and maintain solar energy systems.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Duties
- Assist experienced solar installers install solar panels, inverters and related equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
- Perform fixture installation, ensuring all components are securely mounted and functioning properly.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to determine installation requirements.
- Support the team ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including heavy equipment.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
