The potential base pay range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

This is a 100% travel position in which you will be traveling to facilities throughout the United States and will often require working evening/night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
- Performing software upgrades on diagnostic devices found in operating rooms and surgical suites
- Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
- Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
- Six-month commitment requiring full time availability and the ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally for assignments.
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree in biomedical or computer related field or equivalent related technical support of PC experience preferred
- Must have intermediate trouble shooting abilities in the disciplines of electronics, mechanics and electromechanical systems
- Experience as a military technician, computer technician or other complex electronics technician preferred
- Experience supporting automation equipment in a healthcare setting a plus
- A+ certification preferred
- Must be able and willing to work evening and night shifts as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending and lifting
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Most possess a valid drivers license and reliable method of transportation to assigned sites
- Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including providing proof of vaccination status is required.
- Must be within 45 minutes - 1 hour of a major airport. Candidates within 30 miles of major airport preferred. Weekly travel required.
