Job Overview
Join our vibrant team at Parana Empanadas inside the new River Street Marketplace! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and customer service. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer service experience while ensuring the quality and freshness of our offerings.
Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
Operate Square POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back and front of the space.
Prep for the next day, restock the refrigerators and freezer, remove trash, clean equipment and floor. Always leave the space better than how you found it.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting low inventory levels.
Engage in upselling techniques to promote daily specials and increase sales.

Requirements

Some experience in the food industry
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
English language, Spanish is a plus
Familiarity with food service operations, including food safety practices.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
