Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspects building and overall facilities to determine repair and maintenance needs.
- Performs minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. repairs and maintenance.
- Performs cleaning of facility and/or inspects cleaning contractors work.
- Reports abuses of facility to district management.
- Performs other tasks required by district management.

Working Conditions/Environment:
- Regularly operates in a highly safety-conscious environment, outdoor and indoor.

$20-30/hr
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
