Export Coordinator
Position Summary
Sole focus on ensuring quality of export products.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are produced according to specifications, including, but not limited to trim levels, muscle conformation/breaks, packaging, and overall quality.
- Work with and train production employees on proper specifications and quality expectations.
- Work with sales and operational teams during product development and SKU set up.
- Engage in customer interaction during tours and onsite visits according to Sales direction.
- Monitor shipping processes and ensure quality is maintained throughout the process.
- Know all Export specifications.
- Will work primarily in Fabrication but will also oversee Harvest products.
- If Operations is not making Export product, will focus on product quality and specification training according to direction from QA.
- Understand Export documentation requirements and monitor process for compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must demonstrate positive attitude, strong work ethic, decisive nature with a high level of initiative
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision effectively
- Mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse workforce and with upper management
- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Must have the ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability walk or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to withstand temperatures at 48 degrees and below
Pay: $27.00 per hour
