• 
  Guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on auto repair/maintenance costs and options, offer additional services and 'specials', schedule appointments for service work, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
• Maintain high CSI

• 
  Required: Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Punctual, pleasant, energetic, conscientious and dependable
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
