Are you an established nursing leader who has experience in Women's Services? Willow Creek Women's Hospital is looking for an Executive Director of Nursing to be responsible for the maternity unit, NICU, and all sub-units.
Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating activities related to labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, well-baby nursery, and NICU.
• Responsibility for community outreach programs through education and women's health initiatives.
• Operates within a set budget and in accordance with organizational performance standards.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks such as overseeing the employee lifecycle, and the development of nursing staff.
• Leads and directs the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Key qualifications to be considered for this position include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid License to practice professional nursing in the state of AR (RN)
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• MSN or Masters degree in related field preferred
• Specialty certification in obstetrics preferred
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years acute care maternal/child experience
• 4 years of management or supervisory experience
• BCLS, NRP, ACLS within 90 days of hire if not current
• AWOHNN Fetal Monitoring Course completed within 6 months

• C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
• L-AR-RN License
• C-AHA/AAP-NRP
