- Salary ranges from $85,000 - $100,000/year | Credit for experience will be given
As an Executive Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. Schedule:
- Weekdays
- On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone
- No onsite holidays
- Rotating MOD weekend
- Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Required)
- Management experience (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in long-term care (Preferred)
- High school diploma (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- VA Medication Certification Course (Preferred)
- Budgeting, financial mgt, P&L, flex budget to occupancy
- Marketing and public relations
- Lead teams and develop people
