Executive Director
Prospect Hill Recovery and Wellness Center is a small, private, luxury, inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation center dedicated to holistic mind and body wellness. Prospect Hill is Joint Commission accredited and focused on treating each client with the utmost respect and care they deserve in their journey toward wellness. We are nestle on the West End of the beautiful island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization towards continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. While not necessary, clinical background is helpful. The Executive Director should be able to represent the Center on a concierge level, providing the highest level of leadership to the team.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the organization's operations
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to the management team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in executive or senior leadership roles
- Strong background in operations management, business development, and strategic planning
- Background as a clinician a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and project management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
