Bladen Smart Start – A Partnership for Children, Inc. located in Clarkton, NC is seeking a highly, qualified candidate to serve as Executive Director of the nonprofit organization. The Executive Director is the key management leader that operates at the direction of the Board of Directors.
The Executive Director is responsible for the administration of the organization and all services and support operations associated with the organization. The Executive Director will be responsible for the vision, mission and goals of the organization while ensuring fiscal and programmatic accountability of all funders’ policies and procedures.
Candidates must possess a Bachelors’ degree (Graduate degree preferred) in Business Administration or related business field, Public Administration, Public Policy, Education or Human Services related field.
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in management and financial administration with at least three years of supervisory experience.
