Position Overview:We’re seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Executive Assistant to manage our office. Key responsibilities include AR and AP, record-keeping, client billing, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate communication between teams, subs, and clients - Perform general office administrative duties, including maintaining organized records and supporting day-to-day office functions - Help manage AP and AR, process check deposits, and manage all vendor and client payments - Prepare and build client pay applications for all projects - Conduct billing reviews with the Project Engineer and Project Managers Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will be able to work independently and proactively
Experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a construction or project-based environment
Knowledge of Quick Books
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
