Position: Operational Engagement Analyst with EPIC experience/preferred EPIC certified Location: Irving, TX 75039

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the local contact between Senior Executives and the Project Team, embedded within a specific Customer Ministry from Monday to Thursday.
Collaborate with Associate Chief Information Officers, the IT Service Line, and Clinical Informatics team members to build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders.
Coordinate with clinical staff and IT personnel to understand and EPIC document workflow processes
Key Activities :
1. Assist with task completion where possible (e.g., navigating Share Point, Excel, Power Point).
2. Address project-related inquiries or facilitate responses.
3. Keep local leadership informed about upcoming activities, timelines, and plans for on-site initiatives.
4. Establish trust with local Executive leadership by showcasing expertise in project management, organizational change management, and general Epic knowledge.
5. Send reminders for overdue items and follow up as needed.
6. Escalate urgent issues or information promptly.
7. Attend local meetings as requested, such as participating weekly in the Daily Safety Huddle to share relevant updates and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with the Readiness Project Manager to engage with Leadership and Organizational Change Management teams, ensuring all Readiness Tasks are completed.
Support other Project Team members on-site for various activities, including:
Lunch and Learns
Shadow Charting
Training/Login Labs
Cutover
Command Center
Participate in Project Management Office (PMO) coordination and weekly project status meetings to stay informed on project progress.
Provide a weekly status report to the Readiness Project Manager for inclusion in the overall Readiness Status Report.
Job Type: Contract Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 48 per week Schedule:
