Duties:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to our products.
- Research new products that may benefit our brands.
- Keep an accurate vendor database across all brands.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential new product opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve our products.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Create, distribute, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys.
- Perform competitive research for all brands.
- Perform analytics on various data sets as required.
- Compile and analyze data on competitive bid across brands (ERATE, etc.).
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Function as a product advocate, representing the voice of the customer within the organization

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
