Dispatcher

North Tarrant Heat and Air is looking for an experienced Dispatcher!
Job Description:
We are a small, but rapidly growing 5 star rated HVAC company in Keller Texas. Our customers are the backbone of our company we look at as family, and we want to provide the best experience possible from start to finish. As our dispatcher you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and it is imperative that they feel welcome, validated, and heard. We are looking for someone who can provide that World Class customer service with accuracy and deliverance as well as effectively and efficiently route, schedule and catch conflicts before they arise.
For this position we are offering 40 hours weekly with the possibility of overtime in our busy season of May-September. Weekends will be required and will change with our seasons with the possibility of rotating. We offer 10 days of paid time off per year as well as major holidays off. Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answering inbound calls/text/email
-Placing outbound calls/text/email
-Dispatching jobs to our team of technicians
-Responding to all Leads
-Answering customer questions (pricing, processes, etc.)
-Assisting the Office Manager with misc. tasks when needed
Required Skills:
· Dispatching Experience preferred but not required
· Knowledge of DFW area and surrounding areas
· HVAC knowledge/experience preferred
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
· High call volume experience/ High Pressure (40-100 calls per day)
· Customer Service Skills are a MUST
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to pass drug screen & background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
