Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Product Management to drive strategic growth and innovation across our entire product portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of product managers, guiding the development and execution of our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your leadership will help position our company as a leading Saa S solution provider for community-based professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Shape Our Vision: Define and align our product vision and strategy with the market and the company’s overarching goals, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that leverage the right technologies to address evolving customer needs.
Drive Results: Own performance for the product line and define KPIs to ensure we achieve our business objectives.
Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire, train & coach, and manage a team of product managers across multiple SMB verticals, fostering a culture of lean operations, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Product Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Analytics and leadership to drive go-to-market success.
Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and ensure our products remain relevant and competitive in the marketplace.
Launch Impact: Lead product launches, collaborating with product marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies that resonate with our target market.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Leadership: 7+ years of experience in Saa S product management, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams across multiple verticals.
Visionary: A track record of defining and executing product strategies that align with market needs and drive business growth.
Collaborator: Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience working closely with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
Analytical & Strategic: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, develop strategies, and coordinate efforts across teams to achieve success.
Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of both business and existing and emerging technology, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. This includes a strong familiarity of Artificial Intelligence (AI) trends and capabilities.
Industry Expertise: Experience providing software solutions to one or more of the following industries: dental, accounting, legal, and veterinary.
Motivator: A hands-on leader with the ability to manage and inspire remote and distributed teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; MBA preferred. A Product Management certification is a plus.
