A Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring that an organization's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Developing and implementing operational strategies** that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Overseeing day-to-day operations** to ensure processes and services are running efficiently.
- **Setting performance goals** and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity and efficiency.
**Financial Management**
- **Budgeting and financial planning** to ensure the company's resources are allocated effectively.
- **Managing operational budgets** and optimizing costs to improve profitability.
**Process Improvement**
- **Analyzing and improving existing processes** to increase efficiency and quality.
- **Implementing best practices** and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
**Team Leadership**

**Required Qualifications:**
One year full-time paid work experience with supervision of employees, development, oversight, supervision of programs and services and financial management of an organization. A letter on a letter head from a previous employer with contact information to be verified by DODD. Resumes will not be excepted for verification of qualifications.
One year of full time or (equivalent part-time) paid work experience in the provision of specialized services to persons with developmental disabilities. A letter on letterhead from a previous employer with contact information to be verified by DODD. Or documentation from a county board, medical professional, or individuals ISP to show four years of experience, providing care to a family member with a developmental disability.
A bachelors degree from a credit college university OR
A high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence and 2A or 2B

• 2A four years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience as a supervisor of specialized services. A letter on a letterhead from a previous employer with contact information to be verified by the DODD Resumes will not be accepted.
• 2B documentation from County board, medical professional, or individuals ISP to show the applicant has four years of experience providing care to a family member with a development of disability Experience with a family member can be used for one of the above sections only

This position is based in Columbus, Ohio. Hybrid work is an option.
