Edmonds Care Center in Edmonds, WA is now hiring an experienced Director of Nurseing (DON)! Come join our amazing team!
Pay Range: $140,000-$175,000 DOE

Compensation for roles at Edmonds Care Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Edmonds Care Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Edmonds Care Center expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
Pay Range: $140,000-$175,000 per year Depending on Experience

What you will do:
- Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of the nursing services provided in the center
- Ensures nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center core nursing programs
- Ensures maintenance of records and reports for resident care
- Ensures the orientation and training of all nursing services personnel
- Manages the nursing services department within budget
- Follows all center policies and procedures
- Current state RN licensure without enforcement
- Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred
