Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm DAY

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $63.00 per hour

- Serve as DON for the 42-bed facility, overseeing roughly 35+ nursing care staff. Ensure the facility maintains survey readiness.
- This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures pertaining to his or her position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the Facilities Corporate Compliance Program.
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Prior work experience may not be required to be hired for this job. Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Registered nurse licensure for the state of practice is required.
- CPR/BLS
- A minimum of 5 years as an RN required.
- Long Term Care experience as Director of Nursing
