Your Impact & Contributions:

• Lead and transform the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry departments by implementing evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes
• Drive excellence in nursing care delivery through mentorship, staff development, and clinical expertise
• Spearhead quality improvement initiatives that elevate patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and department performance

What You Bring to Succeed:

• Track record of elevating nursing care standards and staff performance in acute care settings
• Experience fostering collaborative relationships across departments and disciplines
• Demonstrated success in implementing quality improvement initiatives
• Strong foundation in regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
• Active California Professional Nursing License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Passion for developing future nursing leaders and maintaining a positive work environment
