Lead and transform the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry departments by implementing evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes

What You Bring to Succeed:
Track record of elevating nursing care standards and staff performance in acute care settings
Experience fostering collaborative relationships across departments and disciplines
Demonstrated success in implementing quality improvement initiatives
Strong foundation in regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
Active California Professional Nursing License
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
